This section provides access to the various budget and finance spreadsheets.

The Clerk keeps two spreadsheets; an accounts and a budgeting spreadsheet.  The budgeting spreadsheet is compiled once per year in late autumn for Trustee approval of the budget for the following year.  The accounts spreadsheet logs all income and expenditure, as well as a summary of income/expenditure.  At the end of each month, the Clerk completes a bank reconciliation on the accounts spreadsheet and uploads the spreadsheet to this website.  The in year accounts spreadsheet is therefore up to one month old as it is only uploaded at the end of each calendar month.  If any Trustee would like to see the latest version of this spreadsheet, they are of course welcome to a copy at anytime through the Clerk.
